The price of a Wildfire Mitigation Services Package is $375.

A Wildfire Mitigation Services Package consists of:

• On-site assessment of your property’s Home Ignition Zone (HIZ) by an accredited Wildfire Mitigation Specialist. This is normally 1.5 hours but may be longer, and a 30 minute walk-around of your property’s home ignition zone to discuss key aspects of your Home Ignition Zone (HIZ) Assessment (Appointment is approximately 2 hours in total)*.
• An electronic/digital copy of your Home Ignition Zone (HIZ) Assessment with personalized Mitigation Recommendations received within 5-7 business days after completion of your on-site, residential home assessment service. A mailed paper copy of your HIZ Assessment is also sent, if desired. The paper copy option can be chosen by ticking the box during the booking appointment process.

*Property owner is available at the beginning of appointment time and, then, again in the last 30 minutes of your property’s assessment appointment. The last 30 minutes are used to discuss a number of the key aspects of your Home Ignition Zone (HIZ) Assessment. This is a very worthwhile part of your Home Ignition Zone (HIZ) Assessment and your written report on the Home Ignition Zone (HIZ) Assessment/Mitigation recommendations will also contain all areas covered when in person on the day of assessment.

If preferred, a follow-up call can be used by making a telephone appointment to discuss aspects of your Home Ignition Zone (HIZ) Assessment after you have had time to read it. Your on-site Home Ignition Zone (HIZ) Assessment service appointment is approximately 2 hours in duration.
